Advanced Gymnastics Program!

 

Once the Intermediate set of skills have been aquired, a student is ready to move into our Advanced Gymnastics Program.  It is here that she will continue to develop her understanding of the sport of gymnastics as all the skills are bulit upon the basic foundation that was laid early on in her training.  Her strength, flexibility, endurance, power and skill set will grow in this class.  From here, she'll be ready to go anywhere!
